Do you deliver in the UK and overseas?
Yes. We dispatch from the UK and deliver throughout the UK and worldwide. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. After dispatch, UK delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, and delivery to the United States, Canada and the rest of the world usually takes 2–4 business days. Fabrics marked "Made to order" can take up to 2–4 business days to prepare before dispatch.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
No. For international orders, duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there are no extra charges on delivery.

Can I order a sample?
Yes. Email us at sales@whotex.co.uk with the fabric you are interested in and we will let you know the sample options. Since many fabrics are made to order, buying one metre is often the quickest way to check a fabric.

Is my fabric supplied in one piece?
Yes. Multiple metres are supplied as one continuous, uncut piece.

What is the fabric width?
Width varies by fabric and is shown in the Technical Details on each product page.

How accurate are the colours?
We photograph our fabrics as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on different screens.

Can I return my order?
If you are a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. Fabrics marked "Made to order" and fabrics printed to your own design cannot be returned if you change your mind, but faulty or damaged items can always be returned. Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Klarna.

Is it safe to shop with you?
Yes. Our checkout is SSL-encrypted and payments are processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal, so we never see or store your full card details. You can also pay with PayPal without entering card information. We also sell on Etsy, where we have completed over 7,500 orders.

How can I track my order?
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also use our Track Your Order page.
