My fabric was not delivered on the day and time specified. I did not receive notification that there was a delay. I had to contact the company to enquire when my order would be delivered. Following this I am in contact by email with the company at the moment as they have sent me the incorrect fabric which they are disputing, even though I have confirmation of my order, an invoice as well as sending them photographs of the fabric I wrongly received. I appreciate mistakes are made but it how they are dealt with is the most important thing and so far they have been very dismissive. So very disappointed with this company so far. I am a dressmaker and the fabrics seem very nice and I was hopeful of ordering more fabric. They have not replied to my latest email. Poor, poor customer service.
